Wishing you were mine all the time

by Marcus blake   Dec 28, 2009

I suppose it was the temptation
My Desire for things I couldn't grab
Something I could of just simply asked
To you..
And as I sit here angered and confused
Nothing would be better than a cup of truth
I'm watching her from the outside, in
Cause I know it's the closet I'll ever get
To even touching her...
Still I wonder the possibilities
Cause to me you're a rhapsody of things that could make me sing
Some complex melody I'm playing to these keys
And with every breath I'm breathing
I'd save them to live in your presence
Cause you're my present every time Christmas comes around
My good feeling when I'm feeling down
The very light I'm striving to touch in the darkness that steals my sound
You're the very warmth that gives me life
So I can't lie when I say
I wish u were mine...
