As a little girl
I always wanted the world
To live a Cinderella life
Have my Prince Charming
And a happy ending
With all the silly little things
Threw the middle school days
Where I was the laughing craze
I tried to make it go away
But something stopped me
Cinderella, she never gave up
And never did I
High school came along
And the people changed
I think my fairy god-mother heard my call
A year went by, than two years
When finally, I found him
My one and only Prince Charming
Everything seemed too good to be true
And so they were
Not a year goes by
where I found myself alone to cry
broken hearted
I was devastated
But Cinderella never quit
And never did i
Senior year has come by
Time for parties and drunkies
Prom, graduation, Universities,
Just when I'm about to give up
On my Prince Charming
A Cowboy takes my breath away
With a smile on my face
Never thought I'd see that again
And as a big girl
I can say I'm living my own
