Love and Decay

by Bianca Sanabria   Jan 22, 2010

I breathe your soul's air,
each and everyday,
you fill me up with love and decay,
trash, leftovers of what once was,
and if I burn that trash,
the fumes of you will go to the air,
the winds polluted with love's gentle kiss,
with love's pain,
As much as I try,
I can't get rid of your memory,
I'm so lost,
and so blind to the hurt you've given me,
because even after all you did,
my heart comes alive when I see you,
a smile magically appears,
you;ve enchanted every inch of me,
nothing can relieve me from the chains you've tied around my heart,
I am entirely yours,
even as I leave,
thoughts of you drag behind me,
following me,
reminding me,
of what was and what will never be again...
