Confined Tears

by Adelaide   Jan 28, 2010

Forcing back the rain of sorrow,
feeling pools of gloom overflow,
depriving my heart from bleeding,
suffering from within,
wanting to claw my way out,
trapped tears freeze around my soul;
a tomb of iced sorrow chills my heart.
Afraid to allow my stormy eyes to downpour,
for once the storm begins who knows when it will end.
