Jaws of Misery

Be my angel and set me free,
For I am trapped by the jaws of misery.

Deserted by love, my heart has been.
Bruised and beaten by these deadly sins.

Oh how I hold onto my desolate soul,
Longing for warmth to destroy this cold.

Is this my devastating fate,
To be envoloped by pain, misery, and hate?

I send you these pieces if my broken heart.
Will you put them back together before I totally fall apart?
