I am insatiable

by Tripp   Feb 5, 2010

I am the antidote - your darkest desire
I am like heroin, gracing your veins like fire
I am what you want - I am what you need
I am the blood that your veins bleed
to my will you must bend, to it you must heed
I am the blood that your veins bleed

I am that painless-
that euphorically numb oblivion
I am that destitute-
that dereliction you're living in

I fend off the coldness encroaching your heart
I warm up your soul when it's falling apart
I am the antidote - your darkest desire
I am like heroin, gracing your veins like fire
- The raging inferno spreads out of control
whirling into a maelstrom; It devours you whole

crimson is your skin, the fire is wonderful
red are my intentions; I am insatiable
