Asthma

Gasping for breath
but the air wont give.
Dieing to live,
but body wont forgive.

Lungs fail you,
Heart eludes you.
Pain has swallowed you,
Fear consumes you.

Inhaler helps,
but just this time.
How quickly you reacted,
luck was mine.

    I've considered writing about asthma as i too suffer from it. suffocation is all but too familiar in our world.
