The human body consist of two components: The soul and The body. Only those who holds sovereign control of both can transcend others.
Through this, the two components will cease to exist as two separate parts, and merge into one.
Breath as one
See as one
Speak as one
Move as one
Live as one
When you learned the above, it is in my belief that one could be able to break the limitations of the body, since it's the only part affected by physical laws
