Murphy's Law

by LadyLk   Mar 23, 2010

There is a point of no return.
There is no turning back.
Your life becomes disastrous.
Your dreams, faded to black.

When you give up, abandon hope,
Forsake your anguished soul;
When there's no more ways to save yourself
When you've lost all control.

You once had faith, hope & love
Gave everything you could
But the world gave nothing back to you
Karma wasn't acting liking it should

That's when rebellion makes its way.
Cheat, lie, steal & hate.
Although no rewards with an angelic self;
Consequence for rebels don't escape.

Pain caused by underappreciation.
Pain caused when being nice.
Pain pushes you to turn sides;
Pain remains, but hits you twice.

You receive something for these actions.
You don't want to turn around.
Even though the hurt is unbearable,
You already know you're hell-bound.

So be an angel in disguise,
Fake a smile that can kill!
Be smart, keep Murphy's Law in mind;
"If it can go wrong, it will."
