Russian triple ukha [u'kh^].

Ruffs - 1kg.
Perches - 1kg.
Pike-pearch - 1-1.5kg.
Onion - 100g (small bulbs, don't cut).
Carrot - 100g (cut).
Spring water - 2-2.5l.

I believe you aren't a dupe.
If you think it's common soup
Made from fish that you can buy,
You want me to waste my time.
We must catch fish. Certain fish:
Ruffs are perfect, and I wish
You'd stop smiling! If you think
That ruffs aren't fish, catch some breams
Over there in the river.
We'll fry them and eat with beer,
But ukha begins with ruffs,
Its small hosts, even tsars.
Without scaling gut the ruffs...
Be attentive! It's not guff!
Add spring water, boil... How long?
Well... two hours if you want.
When it's ready, take them out.
And we need some perches now,
Time for them scaled, gutted, cut.
At this moment I can grunt:
As soon as the eyes are white,
They're ready, oh my!
This collation is alright!
I can eat them at one bite!
The small onions, the salt,
The big carrot, the pike-perch
Have been waiting quite long
To sing their final song.
Half an hour and white eyes,
One small brand - the ukha's nice.
Serve hot... cool, it doesn't matter,
But I think that hot is better.
