You're right some people are never lucky enough to experience that one true love. I was lucky......just not lucky enough to keep him with me on Earth.....I know he is waiting for me.....I hope you find this kind of love.

Once again a great poem...but didn't like how it was written. I love your use of imagery though. While reading this...I could see everything you were saying and describing. Amazing.

Great poem, i hope this shawn knows how lucky he is to have someone like you. From experience it's always awesome to have that love but you need to feel loved as well. :)...keep up the great work

The poem is nice, it just didn't feel right in some parts. you overused words in some stanzas, like the word love at the final one. The lines were cut, sometimes in ways that disturbed the flow. Every stanza felt more like a long speech most of the times really. There weren't plenty of rhymes, if any at all. Eventhough, the feelings in this piece were raw, and I liked reading it. Gave it 4/5
