Introspection and thought of the past often make us feel this way. A poem which seems came straight from the heart. Very emotional and well written.

I always love honest and heartfelt poems in which the writer connects with the reader in such a short amount of time. We all must realize that in life we will hurt and be hurt, but the pain and the struggle to brighter days makes us stronger for when they arrive. I know we all hear/say live life with no regrets, but no matter how great a life may be we all dwell on the past. Very well done 5/5
