Blank Paper [Falling Tears]

A blank piece of paper
To write what I feel.
But if the words are written,
It makes them real.

Put down the pen,
Close your eyes.
Quiet now,
Hold in your unwanted cries.

Zip your lips,
Tie a knot.
A broken heart
The world forgot.

Scream in fury,
Scream in tragic pain.
Release the hurt,
Let tears fall like rain.

But let them flow quietly,
Or they'll hear the secrets.
Pull down your sleeves,
Before they see the regrets.

Cling to people,
Then run away.
Everybody knows
You need to stay.

It's a tragedy
That's so sad to see.
Coming from the girl
That hates being me ..
