That one feeling,

by Joey   Aug 11, 2010

Don't you hate that one feeling,
That feeling of emptiness?
Like all your doing is swimming in a pool of navy blue,
No emotion. No real way of living.

All you do is tape on a fake smile everyday,
Try and convince people your fine.
And all you want to do is curl up, alone.
Just to be alone is the best feeling.

Emptiness, with a hint of hope.
But once you try something and fail,
the hope disappears.
It vanishes into thin air.

You can't feel anything,
Happiness, pain, joy, and disappointment.
Your treading into the deeper end of the navy blue.
And soon, you'll be half way around the world, knowing nothing.

Friends, family, anyone who ever meant anything in your life.
They don't matter anymore.
You pretend to care, but really, its killing you.
Everything is killing you.
