Broken Embrace.

by Hologram   Aug 15, 2010

Arms wrapped tight,
Around the one you'll love forever.
When people say if you'd leave him,
Your answer is never.

As you hold him tighter,
He holds on too.
Swears his one and only,
Is no other than you.

And then a few days later,
Everything changes.
Everything you've built together,
Stands up and re-arranges.

And it's no longer together,
It's shattered on the ground.
While both of you cry,
But try not to make a sound.

"Together forever",
Is no longer the case.
Now it's just a fairy tale,
That ends in a broken embrace.
