76. Broken Heart

by Toni Lawrence   Sep 29, 2010

Blinded by what we tried to call love which really was just lust in the end.

Regardless we still struggle to find what we all try to look for in our lifetime.

Oblivious we become to everything else round us trying to find this one thing.

Kissed by the demon of broken homes, broken promises, and broken dreams.

Encountering all of are fears only to have them destroy us one at a time.

Never able enough to ever over come the destruction left from the past.

Holding on to what life is left in me to fight for my freedom that I disserve.

Envies of other who have found this one thing called love it just has become.

Angrier it becomes after every crack leaves scars in its beautiful loving heart.

Rubble is what it turns into after so many cracked scars are left behind.

This all is what we call a "Broken Heart" it will always out last time.
