The unknown

Passionate eyes so alluring, gaze into my soul
seeing past my outer walls and into me
searching fervently for the stories untold

My heart melts into itself, skipping beats
as my breathing accelerates
sending shivers down my spine that no one sees

Warm hands gently caress my face
making my knees weaken
while trying to keep a steady pace

His breath sweeps sweetly all around
as I close my eyes to take it all in
he too closes his as if we are one, bound

We feel the pull and the longing
and we can't fight it
the electricity pulses through us like lightening

Finally our lips meet
both of us weaken, we melt
enjoying this moment so sweet

Our eyes lock for what seems to be forever
and our lips part into a smile
at last our gaze is severed

His hand envelops my own
sending warmth throughout my body
as we walk together, into the unknown
