Jealousy

by Grunge Angel   Nov 12, 2010

She's a quirky, precarious hue.
Strange in her ways alike.
She works with her brother, Envy.
Born of her mother, Spite.

When asked of her identity
she will never reveal the truth.
She's skilled in the art of lying
and popular among youth.

I really enjoyed this poem, what I expected isn't what followed and that was GREAT :) I first thought it was in relation to a person, rather than itself. I most of all liked the second last line in your second stanza; "she's skilled in the art of lying" so true! many times I have felt that, and disguised it as something other. Great write! 5/5
