The Last Goodbye

by Stephanie   Nov 25, 2010

She was weak. Oh, so vulnerable was she. No one to guide her but him.
Her trusted flowed into his body with ever touch of their hands. Every kiss of their lips.
What meant everything to her, meant little to him. But she was too blind to see.
She watch his lips press against another's. That's all it took to break her.
A quick slit to her wrists was her last movement. As she cried out her last words "No longer shall I be fooled by this curse they call Love.'"
Her blood ran red through the halls. Her body became cold with no breath left to speak another word.
She collapsed to the floor, with no one there to catch her.
And in her hand lie this note. Her last goodbye. To a world with no mercy.
