I Miss Them So

by Amber   Nov 27, 2010

I sit and stare that usual stare,
Imagining that I am still there
With you.

I find myself lost in my mind,
Trying over and over to find
You.

I'm always hopeful I'll win you back,
Rewind the harm, shun out the black.
Erase the sting inside my heart,
Clear up the sadness, bring back the Happy Part.
That's you.

Well..Was.. Shall I say,
You have picked up and gone away,
And I know that's where you will stay,
Forever and always, tomorrow and today,
Alone I sit and wonder, only if I may...
Join you.

But that's an option I wouldn't do,
Take, or even put myself through.
It's here where I belong until it is my time
to go,
This is for My Father, Grampie, The Unnamed, and Kiss,
I'll forever miss them so.

But they know,
I'll join them one day.
