Nature's pain

by aquila kalas   Nov 29, 2010

Day by day, I watch & pray
Hoping, having my faith eaten away.
Hey! I am in a vice I daresay.
Degree by degree, handle turning in a clockwise way

Mother Nature is hammering, so manly.
To cause me harm? Hardly!
She is hammering,
Trying to shape my body.
But her methods are really bloody.

Day by day, I learn the way:
Mr., no nice today, please comes again
I see walking down the street smiles that scowl in pain
I see much good sweat go down the drain
Good children hawking in the rain.
Evil deeds strolling freely through the broad lane
And we all see them again and again

Who is to blame?
I learn well, I learn the way through pain.
But I also know a way,
A way of true love and gain.
Ask me about it when, if we meet again.
