Bruised

by zachok   Dec 13, 2010

Sadness empties a heart yet felt,
Hearts but mended like a flower is to wilt,
It loses its color slowly swaying to tilt,
Like a bruised soul bleeding a falling snowflake landing only to melt,
Yur last will that puts you asunder,
Provides that fake smile at a moments notice,
Leaving no one a chance to think of a hearts wunder,
Digging deep as i escape to my shelter of pain,
Leaving behind a worthless hope,
In devoid of all joy just as my sanity is yet to be sane,
In this man made shelter of joyless hearts one is set to cope,
With a bitterness of feeling sitting alone bruised.
