What Do You Know?

You think you know the pain we go through
You think you have been through the same things we do
But can you really see the pain in our eyes
When we know that you are fooled by the smiles
We think about death and cheating and lies
We think about pain and reality and just life in general
But what will you know the day that it comes
When we are finally gone
Only then you will realize the pain and sorrow we went through, before we were gone
And then as your weeping you think to yourself, we never really knew.
