7 years in life

Oh how the clock ticks
Slowly chiming by the hour
As I sit here a 13 year old girl
My life is over my life is unseen
The time never quickens
I'm always wishin to be an adult
I want to be married, I want some kids
Here i am 13 years old without an idea
Oh how my life sucks
Never getting better
If only i was 20
My life would thicken
So here it is 7 years later
I'm 20 years old
Wishin time would stop ticken
I'm presently married to a married man
I have a beautiful son
The fruit of my loin
Why did i wish way back when
That life would quicken and be here today
I've got mouths to feed and bills to pay
I'm lucky to get through each day
And again 7 years later
I'm still complaining
Although i must say
It can't get any better
