I'm guessing this was written for Nan's contest..I noticed the words. I for one would of hope you won with this write. You took her cliche'd words and made them into a beautiful piece!

Love is the sole reason creatures embrace
Heartbreak and sacrifice for goodness sake
The whole truth is sometimes so hard to face
We wonder in awe of what it will take

^ Incredible opening stanza. SO relatable. I just loved it

    I really love this poem.

    I love this part

We all adore sunshine, water and air
While we live on this earth for a short while

I felt like it is our right to have sunshine, water and the air we breathe. No one should take that freedom away from us

    Well written
