Facing Love

by KemistryKia   Feb 19, 2011

The sound of stillness
awakens me
maybe because im used to
my now comical bad dreams
that it seems
rather odd
to be at such peace...
i awake to find
the most beautiful
dark brown eyes
that my heart
has ever seen...
they are not only full of worry
guilt free
these pupils
love me willingly
and a mouth surprises me
calls my body
an assortment between
the best ever obtained
and the best
i am speechless...
the nose,
oh such an undoubted fellow
senses my fear
and relies on its ear
to listen to my unspoken...
the eyebrows shutter
and cheek bones flutter
this is the face
of love
this is the face
of the man i love
