I am sorry it had to be this way
That we had to say good bye.

The pain that you feel
You know I feel it too
But you know it was better for us this way
We had not a chance, not even a clue.

I miss you so much
But I wont allow myself to say
My pride wont let me do it
Not when I know you wont take me back anyway.

How i wish things would have gone differently for us
That we could have had our happy ending filled with love
After all you were my Honey Bear
And I was your loving dove.

So many mistakes were made
So many things done wrong
But i don't regret sugar
Coz I know you were worth it all.

Now you have built these walls
I know they are to keep me out
But I know you better darling
You just want to erase me and erase your doubt.

You want to erase my memories
So you wont feel the hurt
But you wont be able to do it love
I am etched in your every thought.

Why wont you admit to me?
Why must you be so unkind?
Don't you see it hurts to know
That you have left all hope for us far behind.

But even though we couldn't make it
I hope someday u will see
That i will always belong to you
Even if u will never belong with me .
