Forgotten

by TheVampire   Mar 15, 2011

These veins, oh how they stiffen-
with all the painful changes within
ourselves. And I thought it'd be okay
from all the promises you made- yesterday.

Only yesterday? Yes, I believe
so. You still could not acheive
it no matter how much heart you
put forth. Nothing you could do.

You gave up! Well doesn't everyone?
I gave up! Hopefully soon I'll be gone
and leave you in the peace of tragedy
of my broken parts scattered across sea.

My blood will evaporate into thin
air- So thin I lost my breath again,
but this time the sky took my soul
drawn from my lungs straining me cold.

I shall never lose my memories,
my world was you between the dreams-
Do not mind anything of me you've fought in,
for it will be better if I were only forgotten.
