Aww, love it so much Melissa :)

Good wording has done in this piece, the effortless portrayal of varying emotions is a rare talent. Keep it up!

Oh this gave me shivers up and down my spine! What a tantalizing write filled with pristine imagery. Reminds me of youthful, innocent love in all its passion and fairy-tale hopefulness.

    Good on ya.

You want my flesh, my blood, my bones,
to press your fingerprints against the very navel
    of my love,
    to imprint its core,
    you want to make love
instead of merely watching love grow

I just love this ending! Some just think that making love is all that is instead of giving it
room to grow and appreciate..liked it!
    Congrats on the win!

I love this! All of it... every line has a purpose for being where it is and the ideas and images stand out. The last stanza and the concept of making love vs watching love grow was extremely powerful. Lovely poem, and well deserving of the win. Congratulations!
