The Chance

by Mads Avnboeg   Apr 29, 2011

The chance
You didn't listen
Kept pulling your evil rabbit
Up your hat
Even after I begged you not too
It was more than my heart could bear
Every time was a stab to my bleeding heart
Twisted into my wound by your hand
As you sad grinning over me
While I was laying in the pool of my blood
Red and black
Soaking into the ground
You didn't even care
You just swung your triangle blade
Up high and pushed it deeper
Into my dieing body
I had to let go
To stay alive
To be able to love
Again
