Our Broken Love

Our love was sweet and tender,
It was the kind of love that could last forever,
But of course it never would happen.

We were best of friends,
The secrets we told each other,
But now you leave me clueless.

Love is suppose to last,
But I don't have such luck I guess,
I just wonder why it happened.

I use to love you cause you were sweet and tender.
But so is steak,
And well I prefer the steak!
