The cost

by rachel mayes   May 25, 2011

The sunlight set on her deep brown eyes
crying the tears, she could not hide
she felt hurt and weak deep inside
No one in sight; No more lies

No one around
Not a peep, Not a sound
Just her tears and blood
On the ground

Feeling all alone
Was there anyone to call her own?
No were safe
No such place

Her parents just didn’t understand
Her friends all turned their backs
Nothing could hide this, Not even bands
The pain covered everything her life lacks

She started feeling dizzy
The room spinning
Her voice went fuzzy
Was this her last inning?

No turning back
To much blood lost
All those rumors they spread
For what cost?
