Invisible

by Kyra   Jun 9, 2011

You see her?
She sees him.
But that quiet one
Over there sees you.

Keeping quiet
You know it hurts
Every bit
It leaves a scar

In the silence
Alone for once
But that's not what
I want.

What I want is for you to see
You are silently killing me

Each small glimpse
You take at her
The way I act
Looks unrehearsed

Sure she has some things that I lack
But isn't that why you loved me?
You called me "one of a kind".
I guess I'm no longer your "only".

All the time
For quite some time
I've been keeping quiet

You no longer want me
But now all that I'm praying for
Is that somebody will come and free me.
