A Vampire's Revenge

***This is a story not a poem***

As I walked down the hall it hit me almost immediately, the stench of her blood. I could feel the sweet sensation in my mouth, making my throat dry. Ahh...the sweet scent of her blood, but I was too late another had already bitten and killed her. I flew into an uncontrollable rage! I had been after this wolf for two weeks now; she had stolen my wolf away from me. It was this that determined me to take my sweet revenge against the wolves. I was determined to kill all wolves, and transform the wolf that had left me. Turning him from a beast of the moon to a creature of the night. He would become a vampire, like myself. Eternal damnation as the creature he hated the most. An eternity for him to finally feel the same pain in which he had put me through when he left me. My plan was simple, but had to be done accurately. Someone had already killed my first victim, leaving only one wolf left for me to kill before I could finally transform Kizal. The female wolf that was left I knew I had to be smart with. I knew I would have to kill her first, becuase I knew she would protect her older brother at all costs and my plan would fail. She was a feisty one, but I knew my strength would overpower hers. The problem was not how to kill her but rather how to get her alone, and away from her pack.

It was midnight, when I finally decided today would be the day I would execute my plan. "The wolf must die today!" I hissed under my breath. "After she's out of the way, Kizal will finally feel the pain he should have felt when he left me, and he will feel it for the rest of eternity." I continued with a devious smile. "Everyone keeps telling me to let it go, but as long as he's still a wolf and suppressing his pain I will never let go! The wolf must transform into a vampire, and suffer such as a vampire for the rest of eternity!"

We need to talk,
Meet me outside the school
11:00pm
COME ALONE!

I quickly wrote upon the parchment, then left it where I knew the girl would find it. I didn't know if the girl would actually show up, but if my plan failed I had a backup if necessary. I waited on the roof of the school, just to see of the girl would come alone. It was only ten after eleven when she finally showed up. "So you were stupid enough to come alone huh?" I said in a cold tone, then jumped off the roof landing swiftly on my hand and feet. "I knew you were the one who left the note for me." She sounded cockier than ever before. "Oh really? Then if your so clever, what's going to happen next? Are you going to fight back b i t c h?" I yelled as I grabbed her head holding her in a tight headlock. "No, I didn't think so." Then ferociously bit her neck. Continuing to suck the blood out of her and disgusted by the taste of wolf I knew it was almost over. The life had faded from her frail body. Then I let her body fall to the ground. As I licked my fangs, disgusted by the taste of wolf in her veins I spit out the remains on her lifeless body. "F u c k i n mut, you should have just stayed out of it. I told you, you didn't want to fight me!" I figured that if i left her body there it would be the perfect place to take Kizal after his transformation. It would be the perfect way to stir up all of his suppressed pain that he would be forced to suffer through for all eternity. "Now it's his turn." I knew I didn't have much time to transform him if I wanted to get him to the school to see his sister's body before the police would find her.

I need to talk to you
It's important
Please meet me at the quarry by my house
One hour
COME ALONE!

Yet another peace of parchment that I knew only he would find. I knew he would turn up. He knew exactly where I would be waiting at the quarry. It was a half hour before I was expecting him that he showed up. Apparently he wanted to be early. "So what's this about, I thought you were pissed at me?" He looked at me like I was a completely different person from the girl he once loved. And in a way, I was. I had never wanted him to see me like this, but it was time for the wolves to finally see what vampire's are really like. "Oh I am, but you see there's something about revenge that makes me smile. And now that your little girlfriend is dead, who by the way I did NOT kill...someone beat me to the punch. But without her or your sister in the way I can finally show you exactly what you need to feel." I had never felt such an adrenaline rush in such a devious act before. But I knew he was getting exactly what he deserved. "What did you do to my sister!?" I could see the anger slowly rising. "HA! You'll find out soon. But right now it's time for you to feel something you should have felt a while ago, when you left me!" Within seconds I was standing behind him, then grabbing him with great force I tackled him to the ground. "What kind of game is this?" He didn't sound afraid, but he should have been. "This is not a game Kizal, this is revenge!" Then holding him down with all my strength I leaned over and bit his neck, it would only be a few seconds before my venom would enter his bloodstream and he would begin the transformation. His screams pierced my ears. His eyes changed from his beautiful brown to a terrifying red. Then suddenly the screams ended, and it was done. He was a vampire now, and would finally suffer for all eternity. I stopped holding him down and we both got up. "How do you feel Kizal?" I asked with great anticipation, and for the first time since I had met him I could read his mind. The one thing I don't think he had anticipated was the face that all vampires could read each others minds. Kizal said nothing, but I knew exactly what he was thinking and he was furious with me. Just as I suspected he would be. "I think it's time for us to take a little trip." I said as I grabbed his hand and we sped off to the school.

Only a few feet away, I pointed to his sister's body. "Go take a look if you don't believe it. This is what happens when you piss a creature like me off. I warned you both, bad things would happen if you pissed me off but neither of you were smart enough to listen. She was dumb enough to start a fight with me, however she didn't realize that I would be the one to finish it." Kizal's face was blank, but I would tell that the furry inside of his new cold body was building. "How could you do this? She was my sister!" He screamed at the top of his lungs. The pain had finally arrived, and my job had finally been complete. "Welcome to an eternity of pain and suffering Kizal. You did this; the wolf inside of you is gone which means you are no longer able to suppress anything anymore. You are a vampire now and will suffer as one for the rest of eternity, Welcome to the living hell."

It's been over 200 years since Kizal's transformation. Not long after his transformation Kizal went on a rampage, murdering every female that came his way. When he finally decided that his damage in the town was done he left town. As time moved forward the town had finally begun to repopulate among humans. Once in a great while travelers would come from different places, and they would find that they could not leave town. But of course none of this had fazed me. Until the last group of travelers had decided to stay, Mikle's group.

I was sitting on the docks as I usually did around midnight when he arrived. He was a tall, muscular young man. His skin was fairly tan and his eyes were unlike any I'd ever seen before. He was alone, I wondered what human dared to be walking around this town at night. Let alone sitting right next to me. "Hello Izabella, I'm Mikle." His voice intrigued me, yet I was still confused as to how he knew my name. "How do you know my name? I do not believe we have ever met before." He continued to stare off at the water while sitting next to me. "I know a lot about you actually. I knew Kizal, he told me of this town and what had happened here. You see, when a wolf's spirit is taken away from it's host; it must find a new host. When you turned Kizal his spirit left his body and somewhere along the line, his spirit entered mine." My eyes darkened with furry, I had no idea of what would happen to the wolf spirit once it left Kizal. "Once Kizal had figured out that his wolf spirit had chosen my body as a host, he took me away from my home and began to train me in the ways of his wolf. When I had finally grasped the fact that I was now part wolf I had hoped that he would allow me to return home. However, he had a completely different plan for me. Kizal wanted to create the first hybrid between two creatures, and so he bit me." My eyes turned onto Mikle. "You mean to tell me that you're a hybrid between both wolf and vampire?" Mikle smiled at me, showing off is canines and his fangs. He was right, he was the first creature of his kind. It explained why I thought of him as nothing more than a mere human. Although the only way to identify his vampire half was when he smiled. Unlike typical vampires and wolves his skin felt warm instead of obscenely hot or cold it was also fairly tan; most vampires have extremely pale skin and wolves are extremely tan. His eyes were a beautiful mixture of a vampire's blue eyes and a wolf's brown eyes. He had the masculinity of a wolf, but the height of a vampire. Everything about Mikle was astonishing; he was defiantly the first creature like this I had ever seen. "You see how I am slightly like you, but also like he was? Now that your aware of what I am, there are a few more things that we must discuss. I know becuase I can read your thoughts, that you are wondering about my wolf side. Am I going to be just like Kizal when he was still a wolf? As far as I know, the answer is no. Although I have his wolf inside of me we are very different in the way we choose to act among other creatures. Kizal chose to show betrayal as a wolf, however I am just the opposite. Since I gained his spirit I've become more caring, the wolf does not determine how you are going to act, it only intensifies how you would be as a human. But becuase I am also half vampire, the blood lust makes it hard to be so caring about people. I drink from only those who I see fitting for death. Humans such as murders, rapists; any human that has lived a life that they do not deserve to continue living through." Everything Mikle was hitting me like knives in the chest. I had no idea that this creation was even possible. Did Kizal even know if it was going to work? There was much explaining that Mikle would have to do, but he had already done enough for tonight. And the biggest question of all I wasn't even sure Mikle could even answer for me, and if he couldn't then it was time to go find Kizal.

"Do you need a place to stay while your in town?" Mikle didn't even need to respond, I knew just by his expression that he was alone here. "Come with me." It didn't take long for us to get back to the cabin. "I found this place not long before I turned Kizal. It was completely abandoned. No one ever comes around these parts of town so I figured it would be the perfect place to stay." Mikle followed me as I pointed out where he could stay. "If you would like, becuase I know being a half-breed you might want some real food too. You can find some food in the basement, If I'm correct there might still be some food left over from the last person that stayed here. I kept most of it in storage in case it was ever needed for whatever reason." He nodded and smiled. "Thank you, I appreciate your hospitality but I survive more off blood so I think we'll get along just fine as far as food goes." I probably should have figured as much. "Alright well the sun should be coming up soon, so I think it's best for both of us to get some rest now." Before leaving his room I lit one of the candles in the room, then said my goodbyes. It was time for Mikle to rest, and for me to seriously contemplate what Kizal might be up to. Knowing Kizal I knew creating a hybrid and sending him here was not the only thing he had planned for me. There was not a doubt in my mind that what he had planned was way worse than just creating one hybrid.
