Eat, pray, boom

by Emil Moe Nilsen   Jun 29, 2011

I give you a sweet red rose
All you do is punching me in the nose
I sing you sweet melodies from my heart
All you do you is yawning and you depart
I try to compensate with this irrationality
All you ever do is treating me with brutality

I try to meet you on the halfway
But you refuse since your heart is so cruel, it's so grey
I try stroking your cheek
But then you take a step back and you look at me like a freak
If I cry in front of your face
You say: "I think we need some space"

A few weeks later, I saw you with someone else holding hands
I saw the other person's hand, it was another mans
I broke together, right there and then
I couldn't take this anymore, I didn't want this pain
So I went home, heartbroken and insane
I walked home with tears and entered the house, and boom
I just shot my self in my bedroom
