The little boy in me screams for help
Yearns to be heard and helped
But no one hears him
Because the man in me keeps him shut
His eyes are red like the setting sun
Like an ocean they are full of tears
But the tears are never seen
For the man in me wipes them off
He tries hard to run for help
On his little feet he wishes to run
But he never gets anywhere
For the man in me holds him back
Who will help the little boy?
Who will defeat the man in me?
Who will break his strength and release the little boy?
The little boy yearns for his release
