Messed up by mistakes (short poem)

I was once a happy man and
I made a mistake, it all went wrong.
She left me with depression and guilt.
I'm crying beyond this day for another chance.
She'll never come back, am I insane?
I need to change, I can't be like this.
I'm messing every possible thing up...
and I messed myself up too.

    In relationships we all make mistakes, time after time. Learning from them to become a good partner is key. I'm still learning , I have an open mind to what might come next.
