A Wolf's Heart

by Astaira Medley   Jul 27, 2011

Howling through the summer air.
Finding there's no one there.
Can any one hear me?
Does no one care?
How much more can one wolf take before her hearts ready to break?
Wondering the world alone.
Finally ready to lay down and die.
With one last breath she cries.
Can any one hear me?
Does no one care?
How much more can one wolf take before her hearts ready to break.
In the distance she hears him howling.
Running as fast as she can to find him.
All of a sudden she hears him cry.
Can any one hear me?
Does no one care?
How much more can one wolf take before his hearts ready to break?
Then he sees her out of the corner of his eye.
A few years down the line hes ready to go.
They've been planing this night for some time now.
After the hunt they'll start there family.
As fate would have it that would be the night they die. And so they cry Can any one hear us?
Does no one care?
How much can our hearts take before they're ready to break?
