Waiting for an answer

by The Po whet   Aug 15, 2011

You said the answer was with the wind,
so i listened unto the wind,
with patience and "all ears",
but i found not the answer,
for all i heard was the wind's whistles;which were not music to my ears.

you said the answer was with the rain,
so i waited on it to fall,
though it came in floods,
still i left with no answer but wet and with shivers.

you said the answer was in the sun's heart,
i took the journey to the sun,
i came back not with the answer;but with burns all over.

i am getting weary,
though still i am waiting,
waiting for an answer, waiting on you.
