Wow, Emotion just pours throughout this whole poem. I love it.

Yesterday, a ghost of an
old heartbreak came visiting.
I believed that I collected the
remains of my heart, but I
found a missing piece in the
moment I saw him. How could
one word like "Hello" tremble
my soul, and send me back
to that day, four years ago.

Love that stanza, you thought you have every piece of your heart back until you heard his voice,heard him say hello & thats when you realized you just thought you had it back, but in reality he still held on to some of it.
This is an amazing poem <3

Hmmm, I love this piece dear, because it is easy very easy to relate to it, I know 1st hand how it feels as if you have forgoten the person you live, only to get this very uncomforting buzz, that effed up feeling you get when you see them for the 1st time from a while, also, that state of mind, the discomfert zone you feel, some days you forget them some days you miss them and feel like talking to them, and somedays you wake up with that ache, the same ache that I know empowerd you to write such a masterpeice, I really hope this wins, because I think everyone can relate to it :) much love and hope you write more because you're a wonderful poet. A powerful poet.

I loved your closing stanza the most, it was amazingly unique and creative, but it was the strongest which is good yet should also suggest a bit of tiny things that could make the flow better for the other stanzas...
I will leave them edited over here..you can compare and check yourself what I mean, perhaps disagree :) :

A day when (not where) I found my heart
beating in the name of love.
Except that it was too late, as his
heart was chained with another
love. I cried him a river, or perhaps
an ocean of endless tears.
As the sound of his voice later on
would lead me to an agonizing
coma, until I become senseless.

however, very sad and heartbreaking poem, full of sadness and honesty.
your closing lines talk of the impact that person left over you!
