Blossoms

by sibyllene   Oct 12, 2011

I used to kiss
the buds alive
each spring, igniting
life with my lips in
the apple trees.

They were sweetest
after a rain, swarming with
scent, nectar, a dozen
hurrying, tender bees.

Beautiful imagery. I enjoyed the carefree flow, it was soothing and just beautifully written!
    Keep it up!

You see things in a completely different view than normal people. I don't quite understand how you find such incredible beauty in ordinary things.

Poignant and rich with texture. You can hear the bees before you even mention them, jealous of your attention to the blossoms.
