This poem made me tear up but i like this poem very much
i sometimes feel your pain

I cryed, since long time I didnt. I know I dont know u, or even felt some of ur pain, but its not the end, there is nothin impossible:) stay strong.

Those two sentences has spelling errors. So it should be "dying sun" and "I'm aching.."
