I Am Who I Am

by Lofallenve   Oct 27, 2011

A mother;
Loving and Protective--
raising a beautiful little girl who
taught me,
Life is beautiful

A daughter;
Strong and fierce--
raised by a mother who
taught me,
To follow my heart and logic.

A sister;
Proud and shy--
Reared by siblings who
taught me,
what love really is.

A friend;
Loyal and dedicated--
Growing up with those who
taught me,
what my true identity is.

A student;
Smart and creative--
Having teachers who
taught me,
that life is more than what it is.

A stranger;
Beautiful and trusting--
Learning to see myself as
simply me.

    Yup, we never cease to learn a new thing. Everyone who crosses our path for even the slightest amount of time teach us something. It's up to us to keep our eyes and mind open, that way it'll be easier to understand the lessons that we are given.
