Letters to a dead Heart

by Marcus blake   Nov 25, 2011

When does the pain end...
Thoughts of you at a time brought happiness
No longer do you wait for me
So the dream died now the nightmare is coming
Beyond this place your immaterial yet more real than anything
Swimming in this chaos because I drowned in pain
And while I were on the concrete, one more drink of madness for a fool
A tear shares no more meaning than a wound does
So why ask of it from me what more do I endure
to see beyond the sunset I must accept the night
When I wander alone does solitude find me or "I" it
Shall I wisp away the world I've known
But find I am the only one in it
All I remember is your soft sweet voice
But your gone, so there's nothing to remember
