THE HIDDEN ENIGMA- SCREEN, STREETS AND THE THEME

by Dr sarat sonowal   Nov 27, 2011

Waiting with eyes glued to the screen
Hearing the night silent and still
Thinking that thinking is wasting
Wasting something
Or nothing
Lines just don't meet
Leaving the lines unfinished
Getting away I thought was easy
But the pain just won't recede
I wrote down everything
And screamed silently
And still I sit with eyes glued to the screen

With everything visible
But nothing left to feel
The cold blooded streets speaks
Speaks of the events unseen
The darkness that surrounds
Brings with it the secrets
The secrets that no one ever dared to speak

Returning home with the feeling
Feeling that kills
Compels me and drowns me
And makes me feel the enigma
That changed everything
Without changing the theme
