Judge me all you want

by AshAlyse   Nov 30, 2011

You're quick to judge me.
One look and I can see it on your face.
Your opinions, misconceptions,
I can see all of it.
But the truth is you have no idea.

What makes you think you're better than me?
You have no right to.
You automatically jump to conclusions
and treat me differently
even though you really don't know me.

But you know what?
You don't scare me, or intimidate me at all.
If anything, you amuse me.
So you can look at me and judge me all you want
because you don't have any effect on who I am.

Very strong, "because you don't have any effect on who I am." If more people would think like that the world would be a lot better.. Just be yourself, that's a great message, very well written!
