Fire of Anger

by Lofallenve   Dec 7, 2011

Can you feel the fire that burns,
The flames reaching up high,
Consuming everything it breathes.
Black smoke overruns the sunny sky.
The posion sifts through my blood,
Boiling to the tempature of the inferno.
The pits of hell cannot compare to my fury.
With echoes of venomous words,
These blazing fires arouse my anger,
They tempt and they entice,
Whispering bittersweet words of a revengful victory,
Provoking the demon inside me that longs
To sate its craving for bloodlust.
It purrs and it growls,
Wanting to, for the first time,
To be set loose,
And wreak the havoc it so deserves.
But alas,
Satisfaction cannot be found,
Until these flames of one done wrong,
Has quenched its thirst,
Until that day does come,
This fire that burns, will continue to consume,
Taking the guilty to the grave.
