How did it happen
When did this pain start
When did his emotions
Flee his breaking heart
His world had been so bright
His life had been so blessed
So how could it be that now
His life could be so messed
His heart has become as cold
As the freshly fallen snow
Where is his once bright smile
Where did his happiness go

    I have to admit that the smi colons after every verse definately distract the reader, at least it distracted me, it is obvious that you want the reader to pause by breaking the lines there so you wouldn't have to add the semi colons everywhere.
    I really like the flow of the poem and the fact that it rhymes. The content was well expressed and it's obvious that the protagonist has been hurt. I actually like the questions too because they don't only encourage the reader to think, but also make them wonder what actually happened.
