A Mother's Pain

by Samantha   Dec 13, 2011

If you were to die by your own hand
Nothing would be right in or around my land

I would be so aggrieved
That the child I received

Felt so unloved
That she wanted heaven above

I would feel so tortured
To know I was such a failure

I want you to know that you're my baby forever
I could never have asked for a child who gave me more pleasure

I want you to know and to remember
You're a very precious family member

Our family wouldn't be whole
We'd have a huge gaping hole

So while you contemplating your life and future
Please remember we love you now and forever and ever
