Wow this is such an uplifting and inspiring poem... I love it and I love how it made me feel!
I like the rhyme scheme, I don't know if you have written a rhyming poem recently, but this rhyme scheme was very well done! I like how the rhymes aren't forced, and the whole poem flows so well... This poem also reminded me of "Man in the Mirror" by Michael Jackson, one of the best songs that really inspires me...

The meaning behind this is very uplifting. I feel a sense of pride reading this poem.

This is definitely one of those poems you should read when you're feeling down and need a pick me up. A poem when you feel alone, to read and know that someone will be standing beside you to go through things in life together.
